Photo exhibition «Towards Happiness» launched in Donetsk.
"This exhibition is another opportunity to show Donetsk residents that a foster child can become a full-blood child and bring great happiness to the family - said the Director of programs and projects of Rinat Akhmetov’s Foundation for Development of Ukraine Dariya Kasyanova. – Today, in the Donetsk region, over 700 children are brought up in foster families, but another 1,500 live in children’s homes and residential facilities. We want to provide all children with the opportunity to grow up in families."
Through the work of Ukrainian national adoption portal www.sirotstvy.net, over 4,700 children already found their families. The Foundation promotes creation of family-type children’s homes.
